Normal phenomenon:
①When inserting VCI into the OBD port of the vehicle, the blue light of VCI will light up briefly
②After connecting Bluetooth, the Bluetooth light is always on
1. The blue light is on, but the device VCI connection fails and the software package cannot be opened: VCI has been connected to Bluetooth,
①Please check whether it is connected to the previously matched mobile phone or tablet (not the current mobile phone or tablet)
②You can see whether the Bluetooth connection in the upper right corner of the APP is green
③Enter the Bluetooth settings of the APP to check whether the Bluetooth with the same serial number is checked
2. The Bluetooth light is not on:
①The mobile phone or tablet setting is not connected to Bluetooth. Prioritize the Bluetooth name in the mobile phone system (same as the device serial number) to confirm that the Bluetooth in the mobile phone settings is connected, and then go to the Bluetooth in the APP settings to select the corresponding device serial number. Under normal circumstances, the Bluetooth in the upper right corner will show green connected
②Multiple mobile phones cannot search for the device serial number Bluetooth: VCI’s Bluetooth module has a hardware problem
The software prompts that the license has expired:
1. A single model cannot be entered: During the download of the software package, the mobile phone or tablet network is affected, resulting in the loss of some files.

* Data Stream: This option retrieves and displays live data and parameters from the vehicle’s ECU.
* I/M Readiness: An important part of a vehicle’s OBD II system is the Readiness Monitors, which are indicators used to find out if all of the emissions components have been evaluated by the OBD II system.
* Display Freeze Frame: When an emission-related fault occurs, certain vehicle conditions are recorded by the on-board computer.
* Read Codes: This option is used to identify which part of the Engine emission control system has malfunctioned.
* Clear Codes: After reading the retrieved codes from the vehicle and certain repairing, you can use this function to erase the codes from the vehicle. Before performing this function, please make sure the vehicle’s ignition key is in the ON position with the engine off.
* O2 Sensor Test: The results of O2 sensor test are not live values but instead the results of the ECU’s last O2 sensor test. Not all test values are applicable to all vehicles, not all vehicles support the Oxygen Sensors screen.
* On-board monitor Test: This function can be utilized to read the results of on-board diagnostic monitoring tests for specific components/systems.
* EVAP System Test: The EVAP test function lets you initiate a leak test for the vehicle’s EVAP system. The tool does not perform the leak test, but signals to vehicle’s on-board computer to initiate the test. Before using the system test function, refer to the vehicle’s service repair manual to determine the procedures necessary to stop the test.
* Vehicle Information: This option displays the vehicle information, such as VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), CID (Calibration ID) and CVN (Calibration Verification Number).
How to Use:
1. App Download and Install
For iOS – Download the “Anyscan” App from App Store
For Android – Download the ” Anyscan” APP from Google Play or the Official Website(Support- Download APP- Anyscan)
Please be reminded that the main interface of iOS/Android Smart devices is different.
2. Bind and activate the dongle in the APP
Find S/N and activation code on the quality certificate
3. Plug the A30D interface adapter into OBD2 Port.
4. BT Pairing and connecting
iOS: Click for BT setting on both Anyscan APP or device settings and pairing with A30D
Android: Click for BT setting on Anyscan APP only and pair with A30D
5. Turn on the ignition and start the diagnosis.
